DIXFIELD – The next topic of Elder Issues will be how to get a good night’s sleep. Physician Assistant David Saphier will have some answers about falling asleep, sleep apnea and other sleep disturbances and what people can do to get a good night’s sleep. The program begins at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Dixfield American Legion, just off Main Street behind Holmes’ Market. Elder Issues is a free series of hour-long presentations on topics of interest to seniors and their families. To pre-register or for more information call 562-4226.
