FARMINGTON – Police arrested two men after confiscating 29 marijuana plants and paraphernalia from an apartment on Court Street just before midnight Friday.

While responding to a complaint about underage drinking, police were given permission to enter the apartment of Daniel Golub, 29, and Derek Guptill, 29, according to reports. While conducting search, police found the plants as well as grow lights and other cultivating tools.

Golub was arrested and charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a useable amount of marijuana and cultivating marijuana. Guptill was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both suspects are expected in court Feb. 25.
