GORHAM – PORTopera will hold auditions for chorus members for its production on July 29 and 31 production of “Cavalleria Rusticana” and “Pagliacci.”
The auditions will be 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, at Corthell Hall, the University of Southern Maine School of Music, Gorham Campus.
PORTopera will also conduct auditions for its Maine’s Emerging Artists program at this time. For details and to schedule a time, contact PORTopera, (207) 879-7678 by Wednesday, Jan 21. No auditions will be granted without an appointment. Auditioning should come prepared with one aria or arts song in Italian.
