Nonhuman animals do not have any legal rights whatsoever. Animals are killed everyday for food and clothing that is not needed. America is supposed to be a free country, but nonhuman animals do not get to live free from harm like humans. More and more are being killed every day. Humans are killing animals so rapidly that some will soon be extinct.

There are animals dying in laboratories right now from cosmetics being smeared onto their faces. They are dying in the laboratories for unnecessary procedures that are getting scientists nowhere because these animals do not react the same way as humans. These unnecessary procedures are inhumane, they are cruel and they are appalling. There is technology to help scientists that does not involve the testing on animals.

Ask yourself one question: Do you know where your tax money is going? I know one place: It is going to the testing on these poor animals. What do you think about paying taxes so that your hard-earned money can be spent on the cruel killing of animals?

Now ask yourself this: What can we do to stop this? One thing you can do is send a letter to anyone who you think may be able to help. Maybe you don’t care about the animals, but you should care about how your money is being spent.
