WEST PARIS – A West Paris woman and her two children were treated for injuries suffered when their vehicle went off Route 26 and rolled onto its roof Wednesday morning.

Karen Noyes, 36, her 1-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter were taken to Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway, checked and released, Oxford County Sheriff’s Capt. James P. Miclon said.

Noyes was driving her 2000 Chevrolet Blazer south about 8 a.m. when it spun, went over a snowbank and rolled over in front of Mallard Mart, said the officer, who came upon the accident seconds later.

“There were a bunch of people in the store,” he said, and they joined him in helping get the three out of the overturned sport utility vehicle.

Tri-Town Rescue was called along with West Paris Fire Department. Bill Coolidge of West Paris towed the wrecked SUV.
