LIVERMORE FALLS – Selectmen will discuss the future of the dispatch service when they meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the town office. They will also discuss plow turnarounds, some of which need attention, and make a decision on an abatement request. The Fourth of July Committee has asked to use the library auditorium for its meetings and the board will close with an executive session on the manager’s evaluation.

FARMINGTON – The Farmington Area Ecumenical Ministry will host its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Memorial Service starting at noon Monday, Jan. 19, at Trinity United Methodist Church on Route 2 East. TEMPLE – The Franklin County Firemen’s Association will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21, at the Temple Town Hall. County firefighters, guests and interested people are invited to attend. The regular business meeting will be followed by the guest speaker, refreshments and a drawing for door prizes. Representation from all departments is requested.
