RUMFORD – Dr. Angella L. Roberts of Roberts Chiropractic Wellness Care, 43 Exchange Street, will conduct a free fibromyalgia workshop at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, at the Rumford Public Library. The public is invited.

Mexico Historical Society meeting

MEXICO – The January meeting of the Mexico Historical Society will be Tuesday, Jan. 27, with a hot dish supper at 5:30 p.m. in the Calvin Lyons meeting room at the town hall. There will be a cut-out snowflake contest and a prize for the best one. Guest speaker will be Marlin Thurston on the topic of logging.

Volunteers needed for Daffodil Days

RUMFORD – Volunteers are being sought for the American Cancer Society’s Daffodil Days. People are needed to sell, pack, sort or deliver flowers during the week of March 22. Proceeds help with research, education, advocacy, patient services and programs.
