BETHEL – Planners will continue work on the Birch Woods subdivision application and a proposed gravel pit expansion project Wednesday night.
Following a 3 p.m. site walk at Keith Durgin’s Bear River Sand and Gravel business on Route 26, planners are to meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, in the town office.
Old business items include Durgin’s gravel pit expansion project and Savage Land Development LLC’s 31-lot Birch Woods project off Mayville Road, which is Route 2.
Savage Land is comprised of brothers Ron and Rick Savage, with Ron the company president.
A site walk is set for 3 p.m. Feb. 11, and a public hearing on the Birch Woods subdivision will commence at 6:30 p.m.
Other agenda items include doing a findings of fact review of David Lane’s site plan amendment for Chosun Restaurant on Main Street and amendment signing; and the same for Jay Boschetti’s proposed Antique Shop at 155 West Bethel Road.
The Planning Board is expected to also take action on sign applications for Ed Kennett’s Kennett Realty at 45 Broad St., and Boschetti’s business.
The Sign Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the Kennett and Boshchetti applications.
