RUMFORD – An Essentials of College Planning workshop will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at University College at Rumford/Mexico, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, at the Rumford Career Center.
