I was thrilled with the Sun Journal’s front-page story “Bugged” (Jan. 26).

I had, at different times this month, killed three of those conifer seed bugs in the house. They stink just like a squash bug. I had saved them and asked several people what they were, but no one had any idea. Thanks to the article, I now know.

Yes, I do have many Norway pine, Scotch pine and spruce trees near my house. Now Mr. Kirby can add Monmouth to the four other towns he listed. Thank you again.
