WILTON – Planners will consider four applications when they meet Thursday. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the town office.

Dennis Landry wants to build a road on his property at the end of Woodland Avenue. He also plans to ask planners to rezone a portion of his current house lot.

Kevin and Anne Gray want to operate a consignment shop at 364 Main St.

Kendall Brann is asking for permission to do timber harvesting within the watershed overlay zone. The property is located off Orchard Drive.

Margaret Reber is asking for a permit to operate a farm stand, bed and breakfast, and therapeutic massage office at 1188 Main St. The property was formerly Tyler Farm.

Planners will also continue working on issues for the annual town meeting in June.
