• An ambulance driven by Jane R. Clukey, 24, of Andover, and a car driven by Thomas J. Pelletier, 20, of Rumford, collided at 2:29 p.m. Monday at Center and Lillian streets. Damage to the 1999 Ford, driven by Clukey and owned by Franklin Memorial Hospital, Farmington, was estimated at $1,500; to Pelletier’s 1996 Ford, $5,000.

• Vehicles driven by Justin Walker, 23, of Lisbon, and Jeffrey Laughton, 23, of Lewiston, collided at 2:50 p.m. Monday on Minot Avenue. Damage to the 2001 Ford, driven by Walker and owned by Pep Boys, of Auburn, was estimated at $300; to Laughton’s 1986 GMC, $2,500.
