GREENWOOD – There will be a special meeting of the Greenwood and Woodstock Solid Waste Committee on Tuesday, Feb. 10.
Greenwood Selectman Fred Henderson said the six-member committee would be revisiting financial arrangements between the towns in sharing costs for the transfer station on Route 26.
The cost sharing had been based on population with Woodstock paying 60 percent and Greenwood 40 percent.
Greenwood’s population is just above 800, while Woodstock has about 1,300.
Henderson said reimbursement of bookkeeping services and distribution of any revenues would also be discussed.
The meeting is scheduled to start at 5 p.m. at the Greenwood Town Office.
