BANGOR – Timothy P. Nightingale has been named senior vice president and senior loan officer at UnitedKingfield Bank.
Nightingale will oversee lending activities and administer the loan policy for the bank’s 16 branches. He will have responsibility for the bank’s commercial lending team and production and administration of commercial loans.
Nightingale has more than 20 years of banking experience in Bangor. He joined UnitedKingfield in 2000 as regional vice president and Market Manager for the greater Bangor area. He was promoted in 2001 to Vice President and Senior Loan Officer.
Before joining UnitedKingfield Bank, Nightingale was vice president and business developer at KeyBank. Previously, he served as a vice president and commercial loan officer with Fleet and, prior to that, with Casco Northern Bank.
A resident of Brewer, Nightingale is active in organizations focused on economic development, public policy and education.
Nightingale has a bachelor of business administration from Augusta College in Georgia and a masters of business administration from the University of Maine at Orono. He received an American Bankers Association commercial lending certificate.
Nightingale and his wife, Karla, have a daughter, Natalie.
