BRUNSWICK – D.L. Poulin has broken ground on another Ruby Tuesday Restaurant, this one at the Topsham Fair Mall.

The facility is identical to the one recently completed by Poulin in Brewer for Tom Bard.

Poulin also completed Ruby Tuesday stores for Bard at the Maine Mall and in Waterville.

The Brunswick-based firm is in the final stages of completion on an Olive Garden in Marlborough, Ma., a Chili’s in Wareham, Ma., and an Applebee’s in Littleton, N.H.

Poulin will be bidding or negotiating for eight to 10 restaurants and a four-story, 112-room hotel in 2004.
