• Maxwell Mawhinney, 20, of 42 Walnut St., Lewiston, on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to give correct name at 7:01 p.m., Saturday.
Accidents
• Vehicles driven by Ryan M. Herrick, 21, of Sabattus, and Debra S. Parkhurst, 39, of Brewer, collided on Court Street at 9:50 a.m., Sunday. Damage to Herrick’s 2000 GMC was estimated at $1,000; to Parkhurst’s 2000 Ford van at $2,000.
• An Auburn city snowplow driven by David Knox, 44, of Buckfield, struck a utility poll on Fish Hatchery Road at 1:19 p.m., Saturday.
• Vehicles driven by Roger Phair, 37, of Lewiston, and Wonda Lever, 37, of Auburn, collided at Minot Avenue and High Street at 12:40 p.m., Saturday. Damage to Phair’s 1988 Ford was estimated at $200; to Lever’s 1997 Jeep SUV at $1,500.
• Vehicles driven by Christine Lawrence, 29, of Auburn, slid off the pavement and struck a fence on Riverside Drive at 11:49 a.m., Saturday.
• Vehicles driven by Rosa Anzora, 29, of Portland, and Kim M. Spugnardi, 28, of Turner, collided on Center Street at 11:28 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Anzora’s 2003 Toyota was estimated at $1,800; to Spugnardi’s 2002 Chevrolet van at $100.
• A vehicle driven by Sumner Peck, 85, of Auburn, slid into a utility pole on Park Avenue at 10:30 a.m., Saturday.
• Vehicles driven by Deborah. L. Millett, 36, of Sabattus, and Stephen K. Roy, of Lewiston, collided at the end of the Longley Bridge at 8:18 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Millett’s 2003 Toyota was estimated at $1,000; to Roy’s 1999 Dodge at $200.
• A vehicle driven by Linn A. Bowker, 49, of Auburn, struck an object in the Wal-Mart parking lot at 8:05 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Bowker’s 1985 AMC was estimated at $1,200.

• Gayland Stone, 31, of 171 Polk St., on a warrant for operating after suspension at
8:30 a.m., Saturday, at that address.
Accidents
• A vehicle driven by Mohamed S. Faqi, 26, of Lewiston, struck a utility pole on Fisher Street at 5:30 p.m., Saturday. Damage to Faqi’s 1995 Honda was estimated at $3,000.
• Vehicles driven by Heath A. Morton, 20, of Lisbon Falls, and Joshua A. Mercier, 20, of Leeds, collided at 3:35 p.m., Saturday in the parking lot of Aubuchon Hardware on Lisbon Street. Damage to Morton’s 1992 Chevrolet was estimated at $1,100. The accident report states that there was no damage to Mercier’s 1989 GMC.
• Vehicles driven by Mohamed A. Mukhtar, 19, of Lewiston, and Daniel C. Boucher, 45, of Lewiston, collided on Canal Street at 11:55 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Mukhtar’s 1995 Isuzu was estimated at $5,000; to Boucher’s 1995 Nissan at $8,000.
• A vehicle driven by Timothy Olehowski, 46, of Lewiston, struck a concrete post in the parking lot at Floor Systems on Canal Street at 11:52 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Olehowski’s 1999 Volvo was estimated at $1,500.
• A vehicle driven by Mark E. Labelle, 34, of Leeds, struck a stop sign on Main Street at 11:25 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Labelle’s 1999 GMC SUV was estimated at $2,000.
• A vehicle driven by Jonathan W. Violette, 20, of Lisbon, slid and struck the steps at Enterprise Foundry Inc., on South Avenue at 10:45 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Violette’s 2001 Kia was estimated at $2,000.
• A vehicle driven by Pak Chen, 38, of Lewiston, struck a utility pole on Main Street at 10:40 a.m., Saturday. Damage to Chen’s 1999 Lexus was estimated at $5,000.
• A vehicle driven by Philippe Balit, 21, of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, struck a tree at College Street and Campus Avenue at 10:50 p.m., on Feb. 1. Damage to Balit’s 2001 Pontiac was estimated at $5,000.
