Howard Dean may be the next president of the United States and the citizens seem to be fine with it. Here are some issues Dean will cover in his campaign.

Civil Rights seem to be a big issue in Dean’s race. He is all for the ADA (American Disabilities association) and wants to widen the scope of the ADA after the right-wing judges narrowed it. He also plans to restore the rights of LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender) individuals. He believes everyone shall and will be created equal.

Dean believes that education is very important and should start at a young age. “Education must be a broad, evolving process, beginning not from the moment a child enters the classroom, but from the moment that child enters the world,” says Dean. “It requires early preparation for success, assurance of health and learning throughout the school years, and a commitment to the accessibility and affordability of higher education so that every student has the chance to live out America’s promise.”
