Properties awarded the Pinnacle distinction have successfully combined location, facility attributes, interior design, amenities, and service, sales and marketing with a highly talented staff to consistently provide an outstanding guest experience.
In addition, as a Gold Key property, the Ramada is also recognized for exceeding the stringent quality standards set forth by the Ramada System. Gold key properties must consistently exceed guest expectations and ensure outstanding achievements in housekeeping, customer service, and an especially welcoming environment.
