LEWISTON – Kathy Amsden will debut her new album, “awakening,” Saturday, Feb. 14, from 11 a.m. until noon.

Amsden is a local therapist and singer-songwriter who used her soothing voice and compassionate lyrics to create the album.

Referring to one of her songs, Amsden says, “The album became a musical ‘Road to Recovery’ for individuals, relationships and for the conditions of our global society. Each song builds upon the other to bring a message of hope and healing, for me a labor of love.”

She has selected songs about relationships and love for this special Valentine’s Day appearance. Mr. Paperback is located in the Promenade Mall. Call 783-2273.
