Mazda B-Series Truck gets more refined for the new model year with added features for 2004. New amenities include new cloth seats for the base model, new steering wheel and airbag cover design, as well as a refreshed center stack with circle check pattern. The ashtray and cigarette lighter also have been eliminated and replaced with a storage bin and socket combination. In addition, the Off Road package is now available with all five monochromatic color schemes.

Awarded Highest Initial Quality in 2003 by J.D. Power and Associates’ Initial Quality Study, the compact pickup truck is available with a 2.3-liter (B2300), 3.0-liter (B3000) or 4.0-liter (B4000) engine. All three versions come with either a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission and 4WD is available on the B3000 and B4000.

The base model is the two-door, rear-drive model that offers air conditioning, automatic transmission, bed extender, bed liner, compass automatic dimming mirror, door edge guards, chrome grille and 15-inch alloy wheels. The B2000 also has door edge guards, sliding rear window, anti-theft immobilizer, tachometer, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, spare tire lock and a key-controlled front airbag deactivation switch.
