JAY – A spaghetti supper and dance will take place at the Amvets hall on Saturday, Feb. 28, to benefit Kenneth and Diane Lefever. Diane, the mother of five, is scheduled for an operation on March 2 in New York for a brain aneurysm. Supper will be from 5 to 7 p.m. and is $5 per person.
The dance from 8 p.m. to midnight will feature a deejay. Tickets are $6 per person or $10 a couple, and must be purchased in advance at the Amvets or at the Livermore Falls Town Office. Tickets for a 50/50 raffle can also be purchased at these locations.

FARMINGTON – Pastor Earl Edgerly of the Farmington Baptist Church recently baptized Ryan Lilly, Justin Kangas and Elizabeth Gerdin at a church service. Tom DuBois led the singing and Elaine Najarian was soloist.
Bible studies for all ages are held from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. every Sunday. Leaders and teachers are Tammy and Chris Bremner, Debbie Staier, Amy and Chris Duval, Judy Hayden, Barbara Gerdin, Gerald Crockett, Doreen and Shep Swain, Ann and Charles Robert, Sam Jackson, Skip Ladd, Selina Shields and Jim Bessey.
