FARMINGTON – The Franklin County Children’s Task Force’s annual Children’s Festival will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, in Olsen Student Center at the University of Maine at Farmington.

The festival is free of charge to children, families and community members of Franklin County, Jay, Livermore Falls and Dixfield areas.

Hands-on activities, costume characters and performances by local talent will be part of the program.

Food, balloons and face painting will be available at a low cost.
