The Blue Willow Band will provide music and the event will be B.Y.O.B. and semiformal.

NORWAY – The Oxford County Fair Association will hold its first Horseman’s Ball from 8 p.m. to midnight Saturday, March 20, at the Norway Armory on Elm Street.

The Blue Willow Band will provide the music. Their play list encompasses the 1940s to present day favorites.

This will be a BYOB, semi-formal event. Mixers and several hors d’oeuvres will be available. Tickets are $50 per couple and may be purchased from association members, at L.F. Pike & Son, or by calling 743-6561 or 743-9594.

During the weeks preceding the ball, Shamrock Sweepstakes tickets will also be on sale. One hundred tickets will be sold at $50, every ticket will win a prize, and the last ticket drawn will win the grand prize of $2,000. The drawing will be held at the ball. Ticket holders do not need to be present.
