The cost is $195 for the first person from an organization and includes materials. A second participants from the same organization will receive a 50 percent discount.
The four-module series is not a traditional sales training program. It focuses on customer service as a critical element in the sales cycle and shows how to improve as a service-oriented salesperson. The program includes how to build value and meet customer needs and provides techniques to increase profits by 10, 20, 30 percent or more.
Ken O’Brien, a business consultant specializing in communication, sales and customer service training, will facilitate the series. He has been a trainer and consultant for more than 15 years for businesses in central Maine. According to O’Brien, “Selling should be the habit of asking more and better questions. It is the discipline to truly learn what the customer needs.”
