1925 – 2004

WESTBROOK – Lucille T. Lachance, of Oakland Ave. and Sabbathday Lake, died Sunday, March 7, at the home of her sister in Westbrook.

She was born in Auburn Dec. 29, 1925 a daughter of Levi and Alice Morin Lachance. She was raised and educated in Westbrook, was a graduate of Westbrook High School Class of 1944.

Lucille had been employed by The New England Telephone Co., retiring in 1982 after 38 years of service, she worked in Boston for several years during her employment. Upon retirement she spent her winters in Pompano Beach, Fla. and summered at Sabbathday Lake, New Gloucester.

She is survived by her sister, Florence Pinette, of Westbrook; a brother, Marcel Lachance, of Standish and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brothers, Lionel, Armand, Ronald and Romeo Lachance.
