SACO – “Client Relationship Coaching” will be the topic of a noontime luncheon seminar to be presented by the Maine Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) on Tuesday, March 16 at the Portland Harbor Hotel, 468 Fore St., Portland.
Michael Reilly of Reilly Communications of Boston, will be the instructor. The session is designed to strengthen client relationship skills for executives, technical people and professionals in architecture, engineering, construction and related fields.
Reilly will illustrate how to involve everyone in the firm from natural sellers to born wallflowers. He will demonstrate how to build client relationships that lead to winning new work.
