PARIS – Paris Lodge 94, AF and AM, will work the E.A. Degree on one candidate on Tuesday, March 16, at the lodge home in South Paris. A 6:30 p.m. supper will be served and the meeting follows at 7:30.
Elderly issues
BETHEL – Legal Services for the Elderly can help people with problems related to Maine Care, Medicare, scam issues, power of attorney and wills. These issue will be discussed at a free lunch and learn program from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 26, at the Nazarene Church, 16 Church St.
Participants will receive up-to-date information on Medicare, learn how to pay for home health services, hear about helpful caregiver services, get answers on Alzheimer’s disease and play the Price Is Right game.

Easter Cantata
WEST PARIS – The Community Chorus, comprised of members from about seven churches, will present its Easter Cantata on Sunday, April 4. The program will be at 2 p.m. at the West Paris Baptist Church and 11 a.m. April 13 at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church at Perkins Valley.
Bridge results
NORWAY – Oxford Hills Duplicate Bridge met March 5, with four full tables for a club championship. First in the A strata was the Les Buzzell-Harry Richardson team, the Pete Cummings-Woody Mercier team. In the B strata the Eleanor Griffin-Jim Dickens team came in first followed by Beverly Pelletier and Beverly Dolan.
