BETHEL – Continued work with the Birch Woods subdivision application will be the main topic of the Planning Board’s meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, in the Town Office.
Other agenda topics include a pre-application conference/advisory with Dave Miles about the Eden Ridge subdivision and continued work on a site plan application for Leslie L. Bonney’s conversion of residential property at 15 Tyler St. into office space.
Prior to the meeting, at 6:30 p.m., the Sign Committee will meet to review a sign application by Ross Timberlake for Timberlake’s Home Store, which plans a name change.
