CAMDEN, Ark. – Christine Palmer, 83, of Camden, Ark., formerly of El Dorado, Ark., died Sunday, March 14, at here residence.
She was born Jan. 6, 1921, in Union County, Ark., the daughter of W.T. Ray Sr. and Claudia Adams Ray. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Bible Baptist church.
She is survived by four sons, Charles Palmer of Natchez, Ms., Daniel Palmer of Farmington, Paul Palmer of El Dorado, Ark., and John Palmer of Camden, Ark.; one daughter, Cheryl Lowery of El Dorado; two sisters, Tommy Baker and Faye Evans both of El Dorado; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Oscar Tracy Palmer; her parents; one daughter, Sonja Jamison; and a brother, W. T. Ray Jr.
