The valance, made with a fabric remnant, is finished with an iron-on hem and slipped through a pair of tassels that come on a rope. Tie each rope in a loop and hang the loops from two self-stick hooks with Command adhesive from 3M. (Only one shown here.)

This home decorator chose mediu, black, deco-stye hooks for the swagged valance, four little chairs on the wall and the two hanging buckets filled with dried hydrangea. The wall arrengement changes with each season or with new purchases from a craft fair. This vignette is finished with two lightweight prints, on canvas, hung with sawtooth picture hangers with Command adhesive.
