AUBURN – Jim Emerson, president of Emerson Toyota, has been informed by Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. that Angie Kerr has achieved the 2003 Comptrollers Award for Excellence. Kerr is the office manager and financial officer of Emerson Toyota.

This award is granted for outstanding achievement in meeting Toyota’s uniform accounting standards. Financial statements must be submitted in a timely and accurate manner. Kerr also oversees all financial activity at the dealership.

“I am extremely proud of the job that Angie has done for the dealership,” says Emerson. “Angie’s position requires a great deal of responsibility.”

She will receive the award at Toyota’s Boston region annual awards banquet in April in Boston. Kerr lives in Sabattus with her husband, Clem.
