BETHEL – Old business comprises the bulk of the Planning Board’s meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 24, in the town office.
Planners are to continue work on a subdivision application for Savage Land Development LLC’s Birch Woods Subdivision project.
The Birch Woods project is a 31-lot subdivision off the Mayville Road, which is Route 2.
They are to also continue discussing Leslie L. Bonney’s project to convert residential property at 15 Tyler St. to office space.
At their March 10 meeting, planners found Bonney’s site plan application complete, worked through a findings-of-fact worksheet, and approved the site plan as presented.
