AUBURN – Four Lewiston Realtors are moving to a new real estate firm.
Sharon Millett, owner of Coldwell Banker Millett Realty, said Don Kilbreth, Betty Grant, George Grant and Marcel Poulin, formerly of C-21 Advantage in Lewiston, have joined forces with Millett.
“These leading Realtors are well-known and respected throughout the area because of their professionalism, proven track record of success and commitment to delivering quality service,” Millett said.
Poulin has been part of the greater Lewiston-Auburn real estate market for more than 25 years, most recently as an owner of C-21 Advantage.
A consistent multimillion-dollar producer, he was born and raised in the Lewiston.
A graduate of St. Dominic’s, Poulin has an associate degree from Bentley and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine.
Kilbreth and the Grants all work together as part of the Kilbreth & Grant Team.
They also bring a wealth of experience and success as consistent multimillion-dollar producers, having just won the Top Team award for the C-21 Real Estate Organization.
Betty Grant has more than 20 years experience. She previously served as a contract trainer for C-21 Northeast Region, training agents in real estate practice throughout New England.
Kilbreth is a previous owner of a C-21 franchise and a past president of the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors.
He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
