1936-2004

NORWAY – June V. Haskell, 67, of Oxford died Saturday, March 27, at Stephens Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Otisfield, June 10, 1936, the daughter of Paul F. and Maude Currier Carro, one of 13 children.

She attended school in Otisfield and was employed for many years at Robinson Manufacturing Co. June loved to go fishing with her husband, she enjoyed playing cards and games. In her younger years she was active as a volunteer with the American Cancer Society and in area clothing banks. She was a very giving person.

She is survived by: her husband, William, of Oxford; a daughter, Lori Teti of Oxford; a son William C. of Oxford; a sister, Tootie Calos of South Paris; four brothers, Bob Carro of Oxford, Lawrence Carro of Maryland, Charlie Carro of Otisfield and Bill Carro of South Paris; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren with one on the way.
