TURNER – Two Leavitt Area High School students have been charged with making bomb threats at their school.

One boy and one girl have been arrested for their involvement in two separate incidents. Police refused to identify the students because they are minors.

Both Tripp Middle School and Leavitt Area High School in Turner have been the subject of six bomb threats each in recent months. State police and the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office are still investigating four of them.
