1953 – 2004

LISBON FALLS – Cathy D. LeBourdais, 50, a resident of Summer Street in Lisbon Falls, died Monday evening, March 29, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Lewiston, Aug. 26, 1953. a daughter of Richard W. and Jean (Harding) Jones, she was educated in Lisbon schools and graduated from Lisbon High School in 1971. She attended Auburn Maine School of Commerce and remained a lifelong resident of this community.

She worked for 25 years in secretarial and office administration and also as an office manager in the mechanical as well as the heating industries around the greater Lisbon Falls areas and in Brunswick as well. After marrying her husband, Richard, she managed the office of C-R Heating, the business she and Richard owned.

In recent years, she was also working as a personal care attendant at the Lamp Health Care Facility, a job she enjoyed very much.

Among her favorite enjoyments were camping, snowmobiling, crocheting and spending fun times with family and friends.

She leaves her husband, Dick of Lisbon Falls, whom she married Aug. 26, 1988; a daughter, Jennifer Schneider and her husband, Mark of Lisbon Falls; two sons, Christopher Phillips and his wife, Liana of Lisbon and Jeremy Phillips and his wife, Mary of Greene; her mother, Jean Harris of Lisbon Falls; nine stepgrandchildren, Jason, Heather, Jenny, Sadie, Brandon, Autumn, Troy, Tory and Taylor; a brother, Mark R. Jones and his wife, Becky of Lisbon; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Swimm and her husband, James of Lisbon Falls and Janet Taylor and her husband, Vaughn of Brunswick; her father-in-law, Fernand LeBourdais of Brunswick; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her father, Richard W. Jones in 1998; a brother, Norman R. Jones in 2001; and her stepfather, John D. Harris in 2002.
