POLAND – Pastor Ray Richard and the Deaconate of Poland Community Church (UCC), 1212 Maine St., announce services for the last week of Lent leading to Easter Sunday, April 11.

Sunday, April 4: worship and Sunday School, 9:30 a.m.

Thursday, April 8: Seder service, 6 p.m., followed by communion (reservations needed).

Friday, April 9: Good Friday, church will open for meditation from noon to 3 p.m.

Sunday, April 11: Vigil, 6 a.m.; sunrise service, 6:30 a.m.; breakfast, 7 a.m.; Easter service with special music, 9:30 a.m. Children will have a special activity after song.

Sunrise service

AUBURN – A Commandery Easter sunrise observance will be held at 7 a.m. Sunday, April 11, at the Auburn Masonic Hall, 1021 turner St., sponsored by Lewiston Commandery, Knights Templar.

All Masons and their families are invited. A free breakfast will be served at 8 a.m. as a courtesy of the Commandery and sponsoring members.
