YARMOUTH – Jessica Cote, a Lewiston native and resident, has been promoted to account coordinator for Vreeland Marketing & Design, said Vice President Midge Vreeland.

The firm is a full-service marketing agency with clients in the tourism, financial and engineering industries.

Cote started at Vreeland in 2002 as office coordinator after graduating from St. Joseph’s College with a B.A. in communications.

Susan Benson Tompkins was recently named public relations director. Tompkins joined the agency in 2002 as an account executive and prior to that served in the King administration as public information director at the Maine Department of Conservation. Tompkins received her B.A. in mass communications from the University of South Florida at Tampa.
