FARMINGTON – The annual Easter egg hunt will be held from 8 a.m. until noon Saturday, April 10, at Mount Blue High School.

The hunt is for children ages 2 to 10 years of age. The eggs will be placed in the fields around the high school.

The hunt, sponsored by the Fire Department Benevolent Association, takes many planning hours and several personnel to make it successful. The association is asking any interested citizens to donate funds to assist with necessary expenses. These include prizes for the “found eggs” and some of the refreshments that are available at the fire station for all who participate whether they find an egg or not.

Make any donation, payable to the Farmington Fire Department Benevolent Association, Greg Roux, treasurer. Donations may be mailed to the Farmington Fire Dept, 153 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington, ME 04938. For more information about the event, call Abbie at 778-3235.
