HANOVER – Republicans held their caucus on March 21 at the home of Norm and Barbara Ferguson. In addition to the members were Rep. and Mrs. Arlan Jodrey from Bethel. Jodrey will be running in District 91 in the upcoming election. Jodrey has served six years in the House, serving on the Transportation Committee and has an excellent attendance record. He received a pledge of support from all members of the caucus.

The caucus elected the following: Town Committee Chairman, Paul Ramsey; county committee member, Gordon Howe; secretary-treasurer, Barbara Ferguson; finance chairman, Norman Ferguson; ballot clerks, Lynne Ramsey, Paul Ramsey, Jo Everett, Deborah Barlow, Andrew Barlow, Gordon Howe, Barbara Burns and Richard Burns.

Elected delegates to the state convention on May 14 and 15 are Gordon Howe, Paul Ramsey and Norm Ferguson, chairman.

A fourth delegate may be appointed by the chairman.
