RUMFORD – A Lunch and Learn dinner will be held at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, April 15, at the SeniorsPlus dining site, Congress Street.
A free workshop will be given by Samantha Green of the Iris Network for people interested in finding out more about eyes.
The menu will include lasagna, garden salad, garlic bread, angel food cake topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream, coffee, tea or milk.
Cost of $2.50 is the suggested donation for those 60 and over and those with disabilities; $4, under 60. For reservations see Maggie or call Kim at 364-3572.

MEXICO – Language of Hands, nearly 100 photographs by Sally Taylor of Bethel will be on display at University College, 13 Brown St., through the end of April.
The college center is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The exhibit is free and open to the public. The building is handicapped accessible.
Spring concert
RUMFORD – The Virginia Elementary School spring concert will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday, April 15, at Mountain Valley High School auditorium.
