JAY – Police are investigating the theft of two students’ purses from Jay High School.

Police believe a student took the purses, Chief Larry White Sr. said.

The purses were reported missing on April 2.

“We have some leads and are following up on them,” White said. Officer Russell Adams is handling the case.
