BATH – Avery & Sons Painting is sponsoring a softball tournament, April 30 and May 1-2, to benefit the Shawn McNeill family. The event will be held at Legion and Tainer Fields, in Bath.

Entry fee is $175 per team. Deadline is April 20. Trophies will be awarded to the top 4 clubs, plus an MVP trophy for offense and defense.

Franklin County League

DRYDEN – The Franklin County Softball League will conduct an organizational meeting, Monday, April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Billy’s Billiards Hall.

The league is hoping to expand from 9 to 12 teams. Managers or team representatives are urged to attend.
