SOUTH PORTLAND – The University of Southern Maine Institute for Family-Owned Business will host two executives from Maine’s premier family-owned business, L. L. Bean, at a workshop on Wednesday, April 14.

Chief Operating Officer Bob Peixotto and Senior Manager of Organizational Development Sarah Cox will speak on “Evolving Corporate Culture in a Family-Owned Business — Balancing Continuity and Change” at 11:45 a.m., in the Board Room of Peoples Bank, Portland.
