LEWISTON – The top 2 seeds were victorious Monday night as playoffs began in the Women’s Division of the Lewiston Rec Volleyball League.

No. 1 D.C. Electric gained a 2-0 win over the No. 6 Curves, 25-15, 25-8, and No. 2 Hunt’s Hill was a 2-0 winner over No. 5 Scoreboard Pub, 25-19, 25-10.

There was one mild upset as No. 4 Right Stuff defeated No. 3 Capsawn in a 3-game marathon match, 26-24, 18-25, 25-23.

Playoffs continue April 19, as follows: 7:40, Hunt’s Hill vs Right Stuff; 8:40, D.C. Electric vs winner of 7:40 match.
