WILTON – A county detective arrested a Wilton man for allegedly assaulting a child.

Donald Braley, 34, was arrested Monday by Franklin County Sheriff’s Detective David St. Laurent on a charge of domestic assault.

The Department of Human Services, Wilton police and St. Laurent were involved in the investigation. Braley allegedly assaulted a 12-year-old child, St. Laurent said.
