OTISFIELD – Margaret Arlene Bibeau, 73, of Edith Lane, Otisfield died Monday, April 12, peacefully at her home where she wanted to be, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born July 30, 1930, and raised in Otisfield and went to Oxford schools. She was the “Apple Annie Queen” Jan. 4, 1947.
She enjoyed her flower gardens, crafts, antiquing, sewing, cooking and also spending time with her sister and brothers. She was employed by Robinson’s Market of South Portland and Cape Elizabeth, Sanders Associates, and later at Data General. She retired here to Otisfield where she and her husband built their dream log cabin home in 1987.
She is survived by her children, Michelle Oliver and her husband David of Scarborough, Philip Jr. and his wife Cindy of Waterboro, Roxanne Frankl and her husband Bob of South Portland, Perry and his wife Pia of Portland, Kelly Secord and her husband David of Otisfield and Debbie Nielson of Florida; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; two brothers, Chuck Butler and Bob Butler both of Otisfield; and a sister, Maralin of Florida.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Philip E. Bibeau Sr.
