SUWANEE, Ga. – Michael Jason Punch, 18, of Suwanee, Ga., died Sunday, March 21, after a long and courageous battle with leukemia.

Michael was born March 11, 1986, the son of Michael and April Punch, Michael lived and attended school in Livermore, until moving to Georgia in 1993.

Michael has lived in Suwanee, Ga., for the past 11 years and was a senior at North Gwinnett High School.

Survivors include his parents, Michael and April Punch of Suwanee; a sister, Kristin Marie Punch, of Suwanee; grandparents, Ronald and June Duvall of Jefferson; grandmother, Patricia Punch of Livermore; and several aunts, uncles and cousins; April Punch is the niece of Dawn Bubier of Livermore.
