PARIS – C.N. Brown has been partnering with the Oxford Hills Middle School for the past 11 years. This year Jinger Duryea, president of C.N. Brown, and Vicki Merrill, office manager, decided to show their appreciation to the art and music programs with a $200 donation to each department.
Merrill said, “We decided to donate to these programs this year to recognize their contributions to our company over the years.”
The school flute ensemble often travels to C.N. Brown for holiday concerts, and the art students have painted a mural and created a stain glass window.
The partnership is one of e11 school-business partnerships that are organized by the Oxford Hills Community Education Exchange.
