AUBURN – Small Business Institute Workshop Series at Central Maine Community College presents a two-hour workshop on Profit Improvement, presented by Bill Howell, CPA, CVA.

How does the future of your business look? Are profits increasing or decreasing? Profit Improvement is a workshop on how to make your business more profitable in the long-term. Learn how to identify the key leverage points in your organization from which improved performance can be attained and plans can be executed to increase profits. In this workshop, you will leave with at least one idea that you can plan to implement immediately toward realizing an improvement in operating results.

The workshop is offered from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 28. Cost is $35.
